Our Camden site of service is located at 306 Highway 641 North, two miles north of Highway 70/641 intersection. The health clinic serves the rural communities surrounding the town of Camden.
Patients can be seen for primary care services through the clinic with an appointment or as a walk-in.
We accept Walk-ins at ALL Hometown Locations! All of our satellite locations are electronically connected to the main campus. Patients can be seen and access their medical records no matter the location they choose as their medical home.
