Our Camden site of service is located at 306 Highway 641 North, two miles north of Highway 70/641 intersection. The health clinic serves the rural communities surrounding the town of Camden.

Patients can be seen for primary care services through the clinic with an appointment or as a walk-in. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturdays 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sundays 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
