Our Gleason site of service is located at 105 North Cedar Street, in the heart of Tater Town across from the post office. The health clinic serves the rural communities surrounding the town of Gleason.

Patients can be seen during our office hours,  Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  We can be reached for appointments, test results, and general inquiries at 731-648-5634.

All of our satellite locations are electronically connected to the main campus. Patients can be seen and access their medical records no matter the location they choose as their medical home.
