For many people, addiction doesn’t start with a choice—it starts with pain, stress, or simply trying to get through each day. But when opioids or kratom begin to take over, life can quickly feel overwhelming. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and there is real help available.
At Hometown Health Clinic, we believe recovery should feel hopeful, supportive, and human. That’s why our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program is built around compassion and connection, not judgment. We meet you exactly where you are and walk with you at every step.
Medication-Assisted Treatment combines safe, evidence-based medications with steady support from our medical team. These medications help reduce cravings and ease withdrawal symptoms, giving you the clarity and stability to rebuild your life.
Our mental health support team will develop a plan that works for our patients and their family. We’ll be there every step of the way through telemedicine or Zoom calls, in-person appointments, and medication evaluation and administration.
Speak to your primary care physician or call us at 1-800-273-3510 for questions or evaluation. If you find yourself in need of mental health services after normal office hours, our Call First Program gives patients the ability to speak to a licensed HHC nurse or medical provider 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
