You are not alone, and there are options. Under the Tennessee Safe Haven Law, you have the right to safely and confidentially surrender your unharmed newborn within 14 days of birth. You can do this without fear of prosecution or abandonment.

At Hometown Health Clinic, you can surrender your baby secretly and confidentially at our McKenzie Main Clinic in the Secret Safe Place entrance of our Pediatrics department.
