There have been vast improvements to the mental health field that can improve the lives of everyone in some way or another. The significance and stigma surrounding mental health have gradually changed in recent years. Accessibility to a quality mental health program in rural communities has shown to be a critical need, and Hometown Health Clinic is happy to fill that need.
Our mental health support team will develop a plan that works for our patients and their family. We’ll be there every step of the way through telemedicine or Zoom calls, in-person appointments, and medication evaluation and administration.
Speak to your primary care physician or call us at 1-800-273-3510 for questions or evaluation.
