Access your Care Provider at your Convenience
Hometown Health Clinic proudly offers telemedicine visits. This option allows patients to consult their primary care provider, on weekdays during regular hours, at their convenience.
The Telemedicine visit is not intended to be used for medical emergencies. For emergencies, please dial 911. Medical issues that can be addressed with a telemedicine visit include, but may not be limited to:
- Stomach ache
- Fever
- Cold
- Flu
- Cough
- Rash
- Headache
- Ear pain
- Urinary tract infection
- Pink eye
- Other minor illnesses
Telemedicine visits are held to the same privacy standards as a regular office visit. Your telemedicine visit is convenient, confidential, and secure. If the provider is unable to treat your symptoms, you will be asked to make an in-office visit.
