The main campus of Hometown Health Clinic is located at 205 Hospital Dr. in
McKenzie Tennessee. We are committed to providing quality care with the same
compassion as we would expect for our own families.
Services offered include primary care, pediatrics, sleep disorder evaluations, mental
health, women’s health, immunizations, telemedicine visits, and substance use
disorders.
Our main campus is also partnered with Baptist Memorial Hospital to
provide diagnostic imaging services such as MRI, CT, ultrasound services,
echocardiograms, and x-rays. Baptist also operates a sleep lab in our facility that
conveniently serves communities in NW TN.
Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
